Children’s book illustrators can cluster together at times. Making calendars as you’ll see evidence of on this website, for example. This was another example. I know Kim Dwinell, the creator of the graphic novel series and tv show, the Surfside Girls. When it was initially being launched, illustrator friends and I made promo art of the Girls in our style for the publish party.
